Dale Pluim has been in the real estate profession since 1989. He obtained his brokers license and started Realty Associates in 1991. As the broker of a very active real estate company, he sees his primary duty as making sure the details are covered in every transaction.

In his spare time, Dale enjoys "laking" with family and friends, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Jill, and his children Amber, J.D., and Autumn.

Bret Walinga has enjoyed growing up in Alton his whole life with his parents, Del and Jackie. Bret has two sisters and a brother-in-law that also live in the area. He graduated from Unity Christian High School and enjoyed being involved in many different activities while there. He went on to play football at Northwestern College and has since transferred to NCC to get his business degree. Bret works at Joe's TV and Appliance and is a football coach for Unity Christian while he is not working for Realty Associates.

Bret enjoys spending time with friends and family while he has down time. The Iowa State Cyclones, sports, and boating are some of Bret's other interests. Hi, I am Luke Perry and I have lived in Orange City since my freshman year of college at Northwestern in 2004. In 2008, I graduated with a degree in Business Administration and with concentrations in both-marketing and management. In addition to serving as a real estate agent, I also work for Northwestern College as an admissions counselor and as a baseball coach.

My wife, Amber, owns and works at Indulgence Salon and Spa, as well as Sun Seller/Fashionable Consignments, both on Main Street here in Orange City. Amber and I just welcomed our first son Ryker into the world in September which has certainly been a joy for us. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy just about every sport, especially the New York Yankees and Iowa Hawkeye football. If you’re a Cyclone fan or a Yankee-hater, don’t hold that against me!
